These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between RedLine Gen, LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and the user (“Client”, “You”, or “Your”). By using this website, booking a call, submitting your information, or purchasing services from us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Purpose of Services
RedLine Gen provides marketing, advertising strategy, appointment setting, and consulting services for automotive dealerships. Results vary per dealership based on market conditions, vehicle inventory, follow-up process, and internal operations. We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, revenue amounts, or lead-to-sale ratios.
We generate qualified appointments — closing customers is the responsibility of the dealership.
2. Payment Terms
All service fees are due in full at the time of onboarding unless otherwise specified in writing.
Monthly service fees are billed automatically unless canceled according to Section 6.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. No Guarantee of Performance
Client acknowledges that:
Marketing performance varies
Customer credit approval is not guaranteed
Sales are dependent on dealership follow-up and finance approval
We guarantee delivery of service, not financial outcomes.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
Provide accurate dealership information
Allow timely communication with RedLine Gen staff
Follow the appointment handling process we provide
Notify us of any issues in a reasonable time frame
Lack of participation from the Client does not warrant a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All training material, messaging scripts, ads, funnels, data, and creative assets created by RedLine Gen remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written consent.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
